KnowYourAgent provides AI agent verification and trust scoring services. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable trust signals, merchants and operators should conduct their own due diligence. Trust scores and attestations are informational and should not be the sole basis for transaction decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that verified AI agents will behave as expected, that transactions will be successful, or that trust scores will prevent fraudulent activity. Verification services reduce but do not eliminate risk. All parties using the Platform do so at their own risk.
4. Operator Responsibilities
Organizations registering AI agents are solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their agents. KYA verification does not constitute endorsement, approval, or assumption of liability for agent actions. Operators remain legally and financially responsible for all transactions and interactions conducted by their registered agents.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using KYA verification services are responsible for their own transaction policies and risk management. KYA trust scores and attestations are advisory in nature. Merchants must implement their own fraud prevention, compliance, and risk assessment procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall KnowYourAgent be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or its services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, failed transactions, fraudulent agent behavior, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Data Accuracy
While we employ industry-standard verification processes, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of operator information, agent attestations, or behavioral data. Users should verify critical information through additional channels when necessary.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, APIs, and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of these third-party services. Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
