Your Risk Team Finally Has a Home for Agent Checkout

The Trust Operations Console and Agent Passport are live

Know Your Agent (KYA)July 7, 20263 min read

‘Review This One.’ Okay — Where?

An AI agent shows up to buy something. Your verification system takes one look and says: review this one.

Fair enough. But review it where? Until now, that recommendation landed nowhere in particular. The activity page showed sample data instead of your real traffic. Approving an operator meant an API call, not a click. If you run risk for a store that accepts agent orders, you know the feeling—the tools tell you to make a judgment call, then leave you without a good place to make it.

/ Takeaway

That changes today. We shipped two things for the people on the other side of every agent transaction: the risk owner who actually has to decide.

A Place to Run Your Day: Trust Operations

The Trust Operations Console brings the work you were doing across five places into one screen. Three tabs, all live:

Review Queue

Every transaction your policy flagged for a second look, gathered in one list. Approve, decline, flag the agent, or escalate, right there. Each decision is written down for good, alongside the full context you were looking at when you made it.

Approvals

Say yes or no to operators asking to transact with you, and manage which agents are cleared. No more raw API calls to move someone forward.

Activity

A live feed of what agents are actually doing at your store, in place of the old sample-data page. Your real traffic, finally.

It's built to be the first tab you open in the morning.

A Reason the Call Isn't a Coin Flip: The Agent Passport

A trust score you glimpse once tells you very little. A trust score with a history tells you a lot.

Agent Passport

Every agent now carries a track record that builds over time—a daily record of how its standing moves, kept from day one rather than reconstructed after something goes wrong.

So when the queue asks you to judge an agent, you're reading its history, not guessing from a single number that appeared the moment it reached your checkout.

It works the other way too: operators can now see exactly where their agent stands and what to do to improve it. Good operators get credit for good behavior—which means better-behaved agents show up at your door.

Why This First

Two features, one idea: the people who decide which agents to trust deserve real tools and real history—not a recommendation with nowhere to go, and not a score with no past.

Both are live now. More is coming. But this is the part that had to come first.
